Victoria is coordinating cross-cultural assistance. Astysta is a free daily individual assistance in medical, medical and official procedures in Lublin dedicated to newly arrived refugees and migrants. It includes:

• Information on the functioning of the health system in Poland.
• Assistance in communication in medical offices and official units.
• Support during medical appointments, treatments.
• Support in making medical appointments to specialists.
