Wiktoria Dudek is responsible for the Talk To Loop platform of Homo Faber, through which you can share your concerns, comments on the work of the organization and the assistance provided by the organization. She coordinates surveys (questionnaires, interviews, creates all forms) in the association's current projects - at accommodation points and among refugees to whom we deliver aid. She is working on Core Humanitarian Standards at Homo Faber. She is also building a training base. What does this mean? She gathers the team's needs for training, workshops, seminars, development trips for our staff and volunteers. She organizes these trainings, monitors their effectiveness in furthering the work of teams and individuals. She makes sure that all people working with us are trained in all key areas of our work.
