The aim of this project is to strengthen communities of migrants and leaders. It includes a complex cycle of activities which are to support leaders in the Podlaskie and Lubelskie Voivodeships. The whole process will take place in partnership with the Egala Association from Białystok and in collaboration with migrant organisations.

As part of this project, leaders will take part in a series of trainings devoted to developing leadership competencies and skills in working with communities, involving them in different activities, identifying their needs, building partnerships and doing advocacy work. The leaders will be given professional support by tutors, both in starting new activities in their own communities and in their own professional self-development. What is more, a network between all leaders of migrant communities will be created. At the end of the project, all participants will have an opportunity to sum up their collaboration, share their experiences and plan future activities during a joint trip.
