We invite you to the opening of the photo exhibition titled “Beyond Qualification Frameworks,” which will take place at baobab on December 7th at 6:00 PM.

The exhibition explores the challenges faced by skilled migrants in the Polish labor market. Through photography, we uncover the stories of individuals who, despite their high qualifications and extensive experience, are often forced to take jobs that do not match their competencies. It is a tale of untapped potential, determination to have their skills recognized, and efforts to find their place in a new reality.

We hope this exhibition will inspire reflection on how society and employers can see migrants not only as workers but also as valuable professionals. Let us learn their stories and look at an issue that concerns us all from a new perspective.

The project is part of the Intercultural School of Female and Male Leaders organized by the Homo Faber Association with the support of UNHCR.
