If you want people to come to you, you first have to go to the people.

The idea that it is enough to publish an invitation somewhere in the depths of social media for someone to feel genuinely invited, welcome, is an illusion. Especially if they have never been invited, and often not welcome either.

This year, our goal is to build networks, contacts, links between Baobab and minority and migrant communities, often invisible ones, who lives in Lublin.

We are looking for leaders, informal guides, advisers, interpreters of reality, animators of social life, good spirits, circles...

We would like Baobab to aggregate their voices, respond to needs, support in development and building visibility, empower and give strength, include. It should be a space created together, not just for.

So let's go to the city. Until our shoes are worn out.
