We are looking for 40 people ready to develop their interests and skills!
If you're passionate about cooking, sewing, beauty services, learning languages, baking cakes, or learning to dance - we can help you jump to the next level and support you financially so you can develop your skills.
Who can apply:
- Foreigners who have lived in Lublin for years (not just those who came here after the start of the war in Ukraine).
- People fleeing war, persecution or other crises who found themselves in Lublin.
- People who want to work on their skills, passions, hobbies on their own and, for example, start a mini business.
- People with passions and interests in areas such as cooking, sewing, cosmetology, handicrafts, photography, music, sports and many others.
- People with ideas for projects or initiatives that support social integration, education, culture, who want to share their skills.
- People who plan to start their own NGO - foundation or association.
What we offer:
- A financial scholarship to support the implementation of your idea (PLN 500). We do not give money, the scholarship is awarded in the form of a purchase or service.
- Purchase of necessary tools, machinery, a course or training necessary, for example, for employment.
- An opportunity to build relationships with other activists and people involved in supporting the refugee community.
- Provision of a space to carry out your activities, a place for a workshop or a meeting.

The organizer of the project is the Homo Faber Association - a Lublin-based NGO working since 2004 in the field of human rights, migration, integration of residents and supporting activism. Homo Faber runs an integration place in the center of Lublin - Baobab.
